I recently just bought my first condo with Anna as my realtor and she made it an extremely easy process. She knows so much and quickly educated me on what I would need to know, which was extremely helpful as this was my first purchase. I was interested in the Virginia Highlands, Midtown and Inman Park area. I’m not too familiar with the areas but knew I wanted to be walking distance to restaurants, stores and close to the Beltline. Anna was well versed in all the areas the condos we looked at were and even showed me great, safe streets to run on and a park I didn’t even realize was in Atlanta- huge bonus! Also, knowing this is a seller’s market, Anna knew what a great offer would be and amongst 4 other offers mine was accepted! So exciting! Another great thing about Anna, she was always setting up appointments to view properties and knowing places are going SO quick this was a HUGE plus! She also kept me up-to-date on everything we had to do leading up to closing date. Although I won’t be purchasing another property anytime soon, I would use her again! She told us what we needed to do in order to sell our house. Great advice, within 36 hours of going on the market we had Five ! offers . Three were over our asking price! It’s a cliche, but so true Anna “ went the extra mile.” She made a notebook which showed potential buyers what was unique about our house . It included among other things, photos ( which were excellent), a list of all of the improvements we had made, a complete list of local school ( along with their ratings, teacher to student ratios etc).

Unfortunately it wasn’t for long, because of the excellent and fast work she does. As a first time home buyer its hard to trust what is what, and who is who. However, Anna made this process enjoyable, fast, and worth it. For starters, Anna helped us purchase our first home 4 years so naturally she was our first choice to help us with this next adventure. Earlier this year, my husband and I decided it was time to start looking for a little more space. We had a very specific area we wanted to be in but that didn't deter Anna. After firing our original realtor we hired Anna on the recommendation of a friend. We asked her what we needed to do in order to sell our house, then followed her advice. Thanks to Anna’s advice and the many extra things she did;such as artful notes placed around the house to draw attention to improvements we had made. A book which provided information regarding local schools ; ratings, teacher to student ratios etc. Bottom line , 36 hours after going on market we had 5 offers, 3 over the asking price. What more can we say.
